We are finally beginning to see signs of economic growth. September reports indicated that consumer sentiment had risen to its highest levels since the beginning of 2008 and that there was a bump in new home sales, too.
Though it’s not here yet, the recovery is coming, and with it will be a wave of demand for recruiting services. This is the time to ask yourself: Do I know which positions I’ll be hiring for? And, how many?… Do I have the right resources to handle it?
You don’t want to find out that your answer is “no”, too late. Identifying future talent needs helps to ensure that your recruiting strategy is in sync with your company’s overall business plan. Moreover, it allows you to put specific proactive actions into place, intentionally moving “ahead of the need” and developing fluid pipelines of interested, qualified talent.
Listen in as we explore the following critical issues:
- Implementing 2010 action plans
- Strategies for improving relationships with hiring managers
- Preparing your department to be ready to go when the flood gates open
- Effective techniques for building relationships with candidates now, and keeping your prospects warm
