The New Candidate – Insight into the New Role of Recruiting
The role of recruiting has changed in the last couple of years. Due in part to the recession, the emergence of social media, and transparency through employer review sites, the new candidate is more informed, more cautious, and more determined than ever before to land ‘The Right Job’. In addition, we are still facing a multi-generational workforce which in itself requires a multi-faceted approach to how you recruit, onboard and retain great employees.
Beyond the corporate career sites, job sites and recruiting fairs, we have to be accessible, credible, and responsive in order to keep pace with today’s high-tech, high-touch candidates. So the question is how do you effectively recruit and retain The New Candidate?
Our RecruitingTrends’ panel of experts shared their global insights into the new role of recruiting from today’s talent pool.
Login to listen to this content-rich session as Jason Warner, Principal, Recruiting Toolbox and Melyssa Bernstein, Director of Client Strategy for TMP Worldwide, among others, walks us through the dos and don’ts in recruiting the right person for the job, today!
