In our organization, we rarely use the word &#039;rejected&#039; unless there is an attitude problem or misrepresentation of facts or such serious issues. We make the effort to communicate to a candidate the reasons for them not being the right fit for a particular role, and very often it is through the reference of these candidates that we find a perfect match for our requirements.</description>
