RecruitTorch.com Brings Recruiters and Job-Seekers Together

Forge Ventures recently launched RecruitTorch.com, a subscription-based web service designed to connect employers with potential employees.

The first of its kind, the job distribution portal enables recruiters to post available positions which then automatically feed to recognized job boards such as Indeed.com, Oodle.com, and MySpace.

“I’m confident our new service will empower thousands of job recruiters to acquire talent easier and faster than ever before. We’re giving human resource professionals their time back by effectively taking a task that, at one time, would have taken hours to complete, and compressing it into five minutes,” says Joel Cogley, president of Forge Ventures.
