recruiTT – A New Concept in Online Recruitment

Recently launched in January 2008, recruiTT is an online recruitment site with the view to making the recruitment process quicker, cheaper and more effective for employers and job seekers alike. According to the job site, employers are not only able to pre-screen applicants using the unique online Candidate.Filter™ system but also create online interviews, which candidates can then take from the comfort of their home. Applicants are automatically prioritized according to their results and are notified immediately whether they have been short listed by the employer for the next stage. The online recruitment site, anticipates that with the recent launch, candidates will be able to experience a simple and less stressful process and that companies will no longer need to sift through countless CVs and conduct face-to-face first interviews. To celebrate the website’s launch, recruiTT is offering recruiters from all sectors free unlimited job postings until July 2008.
