His first recruiting job was had through his Mom, who had already established herself with a long successful career in Staffing! She took him under her wing, taught him the ropes and he was hooked! For Shane, the biggest appeal was the idea of being able to work with the best and brightest minds, building teams who’s work could potentially change the world!
