Tara has a diverse background, and over the years has acquired many specialties. Prior to Reebok, Tara was Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiting Team Lead at Citizens Financial Group; and also a Search Consultant at BPS Becker Professional Search. Her specialties include: business partnership, executive recruiting, quality/process improvement, employment branding, business metrics/reporting, HR systems and compliance, HR operations, and applications experience.

Tara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rhode Island College and her MBA in Business Administration from Providence College.
