As Chief Strategy Officer for HRMDirect, Inc., Sarah White spent much of her time working with associations and groups, educating their membership on the value of HR Technology – especially in a down market. With over 10 years of diverse experience aligning talent with business strategy at the corporate and consulting level – she understands the unique needs of small to mid-sized organizations.

Over the past few years, Sarah has served as keynote or guest speaker on national, regional and local levels for such prestigious groups as Kennedy Information, SHRM, HRMA, Young Professionals Group (YP), Children’s Miracle Network, University of Wisconsin System and more. She has been recognized as an industry expert in interviews for The Wall Street Journal, various local & regional newspapers and business journals and on NBC News.

Sarah is a strategic thinker who doesn’t overlook the details and offers unique and creative talent acquisition and training strategies. She has a BA in Speech Communications with a focus on Organizational Communications. In addition, she has completed post-graduate work at Cornell and is an AIRS-trained recruiter.
