Rick works to expose the enterprise to better talent and help managers craft and manage that talent into high performance teams. Rick is a Certified Role-Based Assessment Consultant and a distributor of RBA seeking other professionals with clients that recognize the importance of teamwork in business. The RBA is new technology and the only assessment tool that predicts how people will perform on teams.
He is a graduate of Michigan State University with BS Physics and MS Mechanical Engineering degrees. While at MSU he played varsity tennis and strengthened his understanding of personal efforts and the importance of teamwork. Rick has worked as an engineer at Goodyear (Motor Wheel Corp) and a researcher in solar energy at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 1987 Rick realized that his career calling was in the Search field and established Leader Institute, Inc. that now does business as PeopleStaff.
Rick has been a featured speaker and writer in the staffing industry. He was a career columnist for Atlanta Computer Currents as well as a contributor on Career Corners for industry websites. Over the years Rick has received dozens of testimonials for his work across multiple industries and is known for his insight and idea generation.
Rick focuses on the recruitment and building of team in PeopleSoft, Oracle, JDE and enterprise IT markets.
