Davide Scialpi, graduated Cum Laude in Economics and Management from RomaTre University with thesis degree about the importance of Employer Branding for the effectiveness of people recruitment process, get an MBA in Governance and Risk Management. His adventure as a successful blogger and web strategist began in 2003 when he managed a blog, providing content and points of view about the radiophonic field. From there, he wrote a blog about his life from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to the present, he managed several projects about knowledge management, marketing, and employer branding as a community manager on web and social media sites.

As an Employer Branding thought leader, Davide was one of the first to step into the employer branding field.

Since 2007, he worked for Wwf Italia Onlus into external communication area and as employer branding specialist for Monster.it where he has been involved to the development of the career book, "Guida al Lavoro 2009 Mondadori" and the Employer Branding Positioning Survey 2008.

After having made his contribution to multination corporations, at the beginning of 2009 he comes involved from Politecnico of Milan for the realization and management of the most important and biggest Career Day in Italy, and subsequently at Bocconi University Career Service for corporate relations into finance sector.

In the same time, Davide started his success career as Corporate Strategy Consultant and Trainer on Employer Branding and Strategic Marketing, working in association with well known consultancy firms and as freelancer for many large-size companies.

At the end of 2009, In addition to his management education and consulting activity, he launched his blog named Davide Scialpi. The Employer Branding Blogger, http://davidescialpi.posterous.com , and in a very short time Davide has come to be considered today one of the most innovative and important worldwide experts about employer branding.

Currently, Davide Scialpi is Senior Employer Branding Consultant, Researcher and Strategist for Universum Group; Columnist and Publisher for eFinancialCareers.it, where he writes about Personal Branding and Career Strategies into Finance Industry; and Trainer, Lecturer, and Teacher for many Universities Courses, Masters, InHouse Corporate Training Sections and Events.
