The day in the life of a recruiter can be challenging, simply by receiving an overflow of resumes – scores of resumes for one open job order. The task becomes more challenging when reviewing resumes that appear to be written in a ‘foreign language’ –like a resume written by a veteran.
It may be worth exploring the ‘foreign language’ to better understand the value offered by veterans.
