Alliance between Staffing Industry Analysts and Littler Mendelson

Staffing Industry Analysts, a provider of market intelligence and advisory services about the contingent workforce, forms an alliance with Littler Mendelson, an employment and labor law firm representing management. The alliance between Staffing Industry Analysts and Littler Mendelson will consist of legal, legislative, and regulatory monitoring at the U.S. Federal level as well as for all 50 states and Puerto Rico. The two organizations will co-produce a monthly advisory report which will be made available at no additional fee to U.S. members of Staffing Industry Analysts’ research services, including its Contingent Workforce Strategies Council Members.

“Staying abreast of these issues is one of the critical challenges for corporations who use temporary workers/independent contractors and for staffing firms. The monthly advisory report that will be produced will help these companies to not only stay on top of these issues, but to understand key implications and actions to take,” says Ron Mester, Managing Director of Staffing Industry Analysts.
