As a partner in The Pachera Group, a boutique search firm in Silicon Valley, Vikki Pachera has 25 years of experience working in technology and new media—experience she's now leveraging to help clients find perfect candidate in those fields. Her functional area specialties include hardware and software product development, strategy, business development, alliance development, marketing, and professional services.

Vikki most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Business Development for Hewlett Packard. Prior to her tenure at HP, Vikki held VP-level positions at some of the world's largest technology and media companies. She served in an executive role in Apple Computer's consumer electronics division, and held leadership positions in that company's printing division. Vikki also co-founded a start-up “software as a service” company, where she was instrumental in building the team, product offering, and customer base. She began her career as an engineer at IBM’s storage product group.

Currently, Vikki is a member of the Board of Directors of LodgeNet Interactive (NASDAQ:LNET), one of the world's largest providers of interactive television and broadband solutions to hotels.
