Ryan Loken started his career in the consumer packaged goods industry with The Schwan Food Company. With Schwan, he was able to hone his recruiting and tactical management skills, and had the opportunity to recruit for a number of areas including warehouse, H.R., sales, call center, executive, and a number of other positions. After his seven year tenure, Mr. Loken joined Wal-mart, where he has received a number of very quick promotions in his short time. Starting out as a senior management recruiter, then HR manager, Ryan’s current role is now Manager of Talent Services-east, where he is responsible for leading a team of recruiters focused on ensuring the 1700 stores in his jurisdiction are properly staffed.

Ryan has received a number of awards ranging from a serious of customer service and candidate care awards, to an award of achievement by Careers in Disabled magazine, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal.
