Kurt Mosley serves as Vice President of Business Development for Merritt, Hawkins & Associates the nation’s leading physician staffing organization. Mr. Mosley is responsible for corporate client development and client relations for Merritt, Hawkins & Associates and its affiliated companies, Staff Care and Med Travelers.

Mr. Mosley is nationally recognized as a leading authority on a wide range of health care staffing issues and trends including health care professional supply and demand, physician-hospital relations, compensation, compliance and related matters. Mr. Mosley is one of the most published and frequently cited experts on these topics in the country. He has written on health care staffing issues for publications such as Trustee magazine and Unique Opportunities and has been cited in dozens of periodicals including U.S. News & World Report, Modern Healthcare, Hospitals & Health Networks, Medical Economics, The Washington Times, Bloomberg’s Financial News and Orthopedics Today.

A nationally noted speaker, Mr. Mosley has addressed dozens of state hospital associations and other health professional groups across the country. Mr. Mosley has been selected to preside over round table discussions on staffing for Kennedy Publication’s annual Recruiting Conference and Expo, the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, the Tennessee Hospital Association and for the U.S. Army. Mr. Mosley also has been cited on staffing issues by the Health Care Advisory Board, Washington, D.C.

A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Mr. Mosley spent several years in professional baseball. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
