Don has been a regular presenter and featured speaker at professional conventions for more than 15 years. He wrote, and won overwhelming support for, the Career Masters Institutes Code of Ethics. Don has appeared as a speaker at the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches 2003 Annual Convention, and a judge in their The Best Résumé Contest. Don uses his long experience in curriculum design and teaching to offer workshops covering many subjects. Don was one of very few to be featured in the Pinnacle Professionals series of articles in the journal of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.
