Dick Finnegan has over 20 years experience as an employee retention expert, both as a Fortune 500 executive and as an entrepreneur. Prior to Finnegan Mackenzie Resources, Dick was a co-founder of TalentKeepers, the global employee retention firm. Dick also served as senior executive for SunTrust Banks, the nation’s seventh largest banking company. Dick has worked with clients on 6 continents including GE, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, Accenture, KPMG Peat Marwick, Coca-Cola, Hilton, and the CIA.

Dick is a frequent contributor to Kennedy Information’s online Recruiting Trends, and his articles have appeared in publications including Human Resource Planning, The ABA Banking Journal, and The Economic Development Review.

Dick holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.
