Dennis Smith has over a decade of progressive experience in agency and corporate recruiting, primarily in the wireless industry. He is currently a Talent Strategy Director at WorldLink, Inc. Previously he was Senior Recruiting Manager at T-Mobile USA, supporting the recruiting efforts of the Engineering and Network Operations organization. Dennis's passion for recruiting, as well as his desire to participate in the larger recruiting community, sparked his first blogging endeavor in December '04. Since that time, he has been active contributor on Recruiting.com, CollegeRecruiter.com, and his personal blog, WirelessJobs.com.

Prior to joining WorldLink Dennis held recruiting leadership roles at T-Mobile, Samsung Telecommunications and AT&T Wireless. He holds a BS from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Dallas.

He lives in Texas with his wife Katherine and their five children.
