Christopher Metzler is among the world's premier global thought leaders on issues of Diversity, Inclusion, Human Resources, and Human Rights. As Associate Dean of Human Resources and Diversity Studies, at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Dr. Metzler leads a comprehensive Master’s Degree program in International Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion Management and Strategic Human Capital Management. This portfolio is the first to effectively link students, faculty and industry in the study, practice and development of these core business issues. In addition, Dr. Metzler is faculty advisor for the Executive Leadership Series in Diversity at Georgetown. Associate Dean Metzler is the author of The Construction and Rearticulation of Race in a “Post Racial” America, a comprehensive and cogent analysis of the continuing significance of race in America.

He speaks and consults globally on the topic of recruiting and retaining a diverse and therefore highly productive workforce. In addition, he publishes widely on Diversity and Inclusion.
