Carl Shusterman served as General Attorney and Trial Attorney for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) from 1976-1982. He currently is managing partner of The Law Offices of Carl Shusterman, a five-attorney immigration law firm based in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Shusterman is former Chairman of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Southern California chapter and is a former member of the Association’s Board of Governors. Listed for over ten years in the prestigious publication America’s Best Lawyers, Mr. Shusterman was identified as one of Los Angeles’ 100 "Super Lawyers" by Los Angeles Magazine.

Certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, Mr. Shusterman specializes in obtaining employment related visas for physicians, nurses, technologists, computer engineers and a wide range of other professionals.

Mr. Shusterman is one of the most widely recognized and published immigration attorneys in the United States.
